A cross-shaped sliding groove is formed in the left edge of the upper end face of the U-shaped fixing frame, a sliding groove is formed in the right edge of the upper end face of the U-shaped fixing frame, and the cross-shaped sliding groove and the bottom of an inner cavity of the sliding groove are rotationally connected with a two-way threaded rod through bearings. The device solves the problems that the distance between straightening rollers cannot be adjusted according to round pipes with different diameters, so that when the straightening rollers are used for straightening the round pipes, the round pipes are easily flattened, multiple round pipes cannot be conveyed and straightened at the same time, the round pipes can only be straightened one by one, a large amount of working time is wasted, and the working efficiency is high.     本发明公开了矫直装置技术领域的一种多次弯曲圆管的矫直装置,包括U型固定架,U型固定架下端面固定连接有固定柱,固定柱内部滑动连接有限位柱,限位柱下端面固定连接有工型底板,固定柱前后端面下边缘处通过转轴转动连接有滚轮,U型固定架上端面左边缘处设置有十字滑槽,U型固定架上端面右边缘处设置有滑槽,十字滑槽与滑槽内腔底部通过轴承转动连接有双向螺纹杆;本发明解决了无法根据不同直径的圆管进行调节矫直辊之间的间距,导致再利用矫直辊对圆管进行矫直时,容易把圆管压扁,无法对多根圆管同时进行输送矫直,导致圆管只能一根一根的进行矫直,从而浪费大量工作时长,而且现有矫直装置体积较大导致搬运移动较为不便的问题。
