Vehicle accident prediction system, vehicle accident prediction method, vehicle accident prediction program, and learned model generation system acquiring feature quantity group data (D1) including first feature quantity (D11) indicating attribute of driver of vehicle, second feature quantity (D12) indicating state of vehicle, and third feature quantity (D13) obtained by combining a plurality of second feature quantities (D12) A learning data set (D3) configured from feature quantity group data (D1) and accident data (D2) relating to a vehicle accident is acquired, a learned model (M) for predicting the vehicle accident from the feature quantity group data (D1) is generated by learning using the plurality of acquired learning data sets (D3), the feature quantity group data (D1) to be predicted is input, and the feature quantity group data (D1) to be predicted is predicted using the generated learned model (M). An accident of the vehicle is predicted on the basis of the inputted feature quantity group data (D1).
