The invention discloses an electric vehicle ordered charging and discharging method based on a chaos sparrow optimization algorithm. The method comprises the following steps: modeling charging loads of three types of vehicles including private cars, taxies and buses in a disordered charging mode; simulating travel space-time distribution of the electric private car by using a Monte Carlo method to obtain schedulable time period data; and establishing a multi-objective function. Judging whether the EV meets the condition of participating in subsequent ordered charging and discharging optimization or not, obtaining a prediction result of each index, and making a decision on whether to respond to V2G or not; a simulation experiment is carried out, and the effectiveness and reasonability of the method are verified. The method not only guarantees the electric quantity demand of the user side and the discharge economic benefit, but also considers the demand of reducing the peak-valley difference and the load variance of the power grid side, and has effectiveness. According to the method provided by the invention, a certain response time period of the individual EV is taken as a research object, and required data can be identified by an equipment side or provided by a user side, so that the method has feasibility and general applicability and is more practical.

    本发明公开了一种基于混沌麻雀优化算法的电动汽车有序充放电方法,对私家车、出租车、公交车三种车型在无序充电模式下的充电负荷进行建模;利用蒙特卡洛方法对电动私家车的出行时空分布进行模拟,得到可调度时段数据;建立多目标函数。并判断EV是否满足参与后续有序充放电优化的条件,得到各项指标的预测结果,做出是否响应V2G的决策;进行仿真实验,验证了本发明方法的有效性和合理性。本发明不仅保障了用户侧的电量需求以及放电经济收益,还兼顾了电网侧减小峰谷差以及负荷方差的需求,具有有效性。本发明所提方法以个体EV的某次响应时段为研究对象,所需数据均可由设备端识别或用户端提供,具备可行性与普遍适用性,更加贴合实际。
