The invention belongs to the technical field of machine body lightning protection, and particularly relates to a conductive method and structure between a composite material movable cover and a machine body fixed structure, a conductive path is provided between a composite material radome and a machine body structure which are connected in a hinged mode, and a copper net and a diversion copper bar with a proper section size are laid in a composite material structural part. And a low-impedance path is designed between the movable component and the fixed component by utilizing the fastening piece, the anti-loose cup-shaped piece and the lapping wire. On the basis of not influencing radar work and not damaging the original appearance of a radome, the problem that conducting and shunting between a composite material movable component and a fixed structural component are difficult is solved, and meanwhile, a lightning protection device or measure adopted in the method has the capacity of corrosion resistance, vibration looseness prevention and repeated disassembly and assembly and replaceability; the method is high in application expansibility, can be widely applied to conductive paths of other composite material movable components and fixed components, and has great reference significance.

    本发明属于机体雷电防护技术领域,具体涉及复合材料活动罩与机体固定结构之间导电方法及结构,采用铰链式连接的复合材料雷达罩与机身结构之间提供导电通路,在复合材料结构件内铺设铜网和具有适当截面尺寸的导流铜条,并利用紧固件、防松杯形件和搭接线,在活动构件与固定构件之间设计一条低阻抗通路。在不影响雷达工作和不破坏雷达罩原有外形的基础上,解决了复合材料活动构件与固定结构件之间导电分流困难的难题,同时该方法中采用的雷电防护装置或措施具备抗腐蚀、防振松和可重复拆装和可更换的能力;本发明应用拓展性强,可以广泛应用在其它复合材料活动构件与固定构件的导电通路中,具有极大的参考意义。
