The invention provides an urban road congestion influence range defining and road influence calculating method, which comprises the following steps of: firstly, preprocessing urban road data, and constructing a road topology network data set; any road section is selected as a congested road section, flow, vehicle speed and density are counted according to time periods, congestion influence parameters are initialized, and the road congestion influence radiation range is calculated by calculating the average unobstructed degree of adjacent road sections of the congested road sections in different time periods, calculating the traffic flow aggregation wave velocity of the congested road sections and utilizing a Gaussian diffusion model. And inputting a congestion influence radiation range by using a service area analysis algorithm to obtain a road section set in the congestion influence range in different time periods. And finally, carrying out statistics on trajectory data of the congested road section, carrying out statistics on the traffic of the road section passed by the trajectory, and calculating the influence of the influenced road based on the traffic ratio. And data support is provided for urban traffic planning research, road design and traffic management policy making.

    本发明提供一种城市道路拥堵影响范围界定与道路影响力计算方法,首先对城市道路数据进行预处理,并构建道路拓扑网络数据集。选取任意路段作为拥堵路段,按时段统计流量、车速、密度,并初始化拥堵影响参数,通过计算不同时段拥堵路段相邻路段的平均通畅度,计算拥堵路段的交通流集结波波速,利用高斯扩散模型计算出道路拥堵影响辐射范围。使用服务区分析算法,输入拥堵影响辐射范围,得出不同时段受拥堵影响范围内的路段集合。最后,统计通过行驶通过拥堵路段的轨迹数据,统计轨迹所经过的路段流量,基于流量比值计算出受影响道路的影响力大小;为城市交通规划研究、道路设计和交通管理政策制定提供数据支撑。
