The invention belongs to the technical field of tower crane vibration testing, and discloses a tower crane boom vibration testing device which comprises a shell, the shell is fixed to the middle of a crane boom of a tower crane, a first sliding groove and a second sliding groove are symmetrically formed in the two sides of the shell, a vibration damper is fixed to the middle of the shell, and the vibration damper comprises a circular frame. A plurality of blades are evenly distributed on the inner ring of the circular frame, one end of each blade is connected with the circular frame through a connecting shaft, the other end of each connecting shaft is connected with a vibration balancer, and the portions, exposed out of the shell, of the first shock absorber and the second shock absorber are connected with a suspension arm of the tower crane and fixedly provided with a first vibration sensor. The multi-degree-of-freedom vibration measurement device has the beneficial effects that multi-degree-of-freedom vibration measurement of the tower crane during hoisting is realized, a real-time measurement value and a damping value for weakening vibration are given, and reference data are provided for mounting a device for reducing vibration on the tower crane.

    本发明属于塔吊振动测试技术领域,公开了一种塔吊起重臂的振动测试装置,振动测试装置包括壳体,壳体固定在塔吊的吊臂中部,壳体的两侧对称的设有第一滑槽和第二滑槽,壳体的中部固定有振动阻尼器,振动阻尼器包括圆形框架,圆形框架的内圈均布有若干叶片,每个叶片的一端通过连接轴与所述圆形框架连接,连接轴的另一端连接有振动平衡器,第一减振器和第二减振器裸露在壳体外侧部分与塔吊的吊臂连接并固定有第一振动传感器。有益效果是实现测量塔吊在吊装时的多自由度振动测量,并给出实时的测量值和削弱振动的阻尼值,为在塔吊上安装减少振动的装置提供参考数据。
