The technical scheme of the invention provides a high-impact-resistance magnesium alloy for traffic transportation equipment as well as a preparation method and application of the high-impact-resistance magnesium alloy, and belongs to the technical field of magnesium alloy materials. The high-impact-resistance magnesium alloy for the traffic and transportation equipment, provided by the invention, comprises the following chemical components in percentage by mass: 0.5 to 1 percent of Mn, 0.2 to 0.5 percent of Ce, 0.3 to 0.5 percent of optional elements and the balance of Mg, the optional elements comprise one or more of Zn, Sn, Bi and Ca. The addition amount of rare earth Ce, Mn and optional elements in the high-impact-resistance magnesium alloy for the transportation equipment is small, the high-impact-resistance magnesium alloy has the advantage of being lighter in weight and excellent in impact resistance, and the impact absorbing energy of the high-impact-resistance magnesium alloy can be increased by two times or above compared with that of an AZ31 magnesium alloy.

    本发明的技术方案提供了一种交通运输装备用高抗冲击镁合金及其制备方法和应用,属于镁合金材料技术领域。本发明提供的交通运输装备用高抗冲击镁合金按质量百分比计,包括如下化学成分:0.5~1%的Mn,0.2~0.5%的Ce,0.3~0.5%的可选元素和余量Mg;所述可选元素包括Zn、Sn、Bi和Ca中的一种或多种。本发明提供的交通运输装备用高抗冲击镁合金中的稀土Ce以及Mn和可选元素的添加量少,更具轻量化优势,且抗冲击性能优良,其冲击吸收功相较于AZ31镁合金可提升2倍以上。
