The invention discloses an SEBS composition for a solid tire and a preparation method of the SEBS composition, and relates to a solid tire material and a preparation method of the solid tire material, and the solid tire rubber material comprises SEBS, a synthetic polyolefin elastomer, POE grafted maleic anhydride, polypropylene, white oil, CaCO3, a wear-resistant agent, an antioxidant and an anti-ultraviolet absorbent. The invention also provides application of the solid tread rubber material in preparation of a solid tire. In order to prevent the problems of tire burst, manual tire puncturing and the like which influence the riding safety, the application of an inflation-free solid tire is particularly important. The prepared solid tire has the characteristics of being resistant to pricking and long in service life, and is better in wear resistance and rebound resilience and excellent in comprehensive physical performance. The formula material disclosed by the invention is used for manufacturing solid tires, the manufacturing process and processing equipment are simple and energy-saving, vulcanization is not needed in the production process, the technical economy is improved, and the formula material is more environment-friendly and has a very wide market application prospect.

    一种实心轮胎用SEBS组合物及其制备方法,涉及一种实心轮胎用料及其制备方法,本发明实心胎面胶料,包括SEBS、合成型聚烯烃弹性体、POE接枝马来酸酐、聚丙烯、白油、CaCO3、耐磨剂、抗氧剂、抗紫外吸收剂。本发明还提供了实心胎面胶料在制备实心轮胎中的应用。为防止爆胎、人为扎胎等影响骑行安全的问题出现,应用免充气实心轮胎显得尤为重要。本发明制备的实心轮胎具有不怕扎、使用寿命长的特点,其耐磨性、回弹性更优,综合物理性能优良。本发明配方料用于制作实心轮胎,制作工艺、加工设备简单、节能,生产过程中无需硫化,提升了技术经济性,更加环保,具有非常广阔的市场应用前景。
