The invention relates to a three-point progressive jacking method for replacing a slewing bearing of a bucket-wheel cantilever type material taking machine. The three-point progressive jacking method comprises the steps of jacking point bearing capacity calculation and three-point progressive jacking. Three-point progressive jacking is adopted in the jacking process, the horizontal conditions of three points and the working height of the jack are observed at any time in the jacking process, and a steel cushion block with the thickness of 15 mm is additionally arranged for protection every time the jack is jacked by 15 mm, so that the balance and safety of the whole machine in the jacking process are ensured; when the bearing is jacked to a proper height, the old bearing is dismantled; when a new bearing is installed, the upper structure of the material taking machine is aligned with the new bearing successfully, then the upper structure of the material taking machine completely falls down, and finally the whole machine is recovered and debugged. The invention provides a more perfect replacement construction method for the slewing bearing of the bucket-wheel cantilever type material taking machine, the gravity center is well controlled during jacking, the mounting precision is high, and the construction difficulty is reduced.

    本发明是斗轮悬臂式取料机回转轴承更换的三点渐进式顶升方法,包括顶升点承载力计算、三点渐进式顶升方法;顶升过程中采用三点渐进式顶升,顶升过程随时观察三个点的水平情况和千斤顶作业高度,每顶升15mm高时加设15mm厚钢垫块进行保护,以确保顶升过程中的整机平衡与安全;待顶升到合适高度时拆除旧轴承;新轴承安装时,要将取料机上部结构与新轴承对位成功后,再完全落下取料机上部结构,最后进行整机恢复及调试运行工作。本发明提出了一种较为完善的斗轮悬臂式取料机回转轴承更换施工方法,顶升时重心控制好,安装精度高,降低了施工难度。
