The invention provides a standard modular resistance sail device for cubesat deorbit. The standard modular resistance sail device comprises four standard unfolding units, a standard unfolding unit bottom plate, a driving system, a sail box, a resistance sail shell and an unlocking device. The standard unfolding unit comprises an unfolding unit rotating shaft, a supporting rod used for unfolding the resistance sail, an unfolding unit rotating shaft protection shell and an unfolding unit shell. Compared with the existing resistance sail design with a single layout form, the resistance sail with different layout forms can be conveniently realized by adopting the standardized and modularized standard unfolding units and utilizing different mounting modes of the standard unfolding units; according to the design method, the resistance sails such as the resistance sail design in a plane radial expansion mode, the resistance sail design with the pneumatic self-stabilization characteristic and the resistance sail design in a plane tangential expansion mode are designed, different expansion structures do not need to be designed for different resistance sail layouts, so that different task requirements are better met, the scheme design process is simplified, the design period of the cubesat is shortened, and the design efficiency is improved. And related supporting facilities of the cubesat are promoted to develop towards a more modularized direction.

    本发明提出一种用于立方星离轨的标准模块化阻力帆装置,包括四组标准展开单元、标准展开单元底板、驱动系统、帆箱、阻力帆外壳和解锁装置;标准展开单元包括展开单元转轴、用于撑开阻力帆的支撑杆、展开单元转轴保护壳以及展开单元外壳。相较于目前单一布局形式的阻力帆设计,本发明通过采用标准化、模块化的标准展开单元,利用标准展开单元的不同安装方式,就能够便捷的实现不同布局形式的阻力帆,如平面径向展开方式阻力帆设计、具有气动自稳定特性阻力帆设计、平面切向展开方式阻力帆设计,不需要为不同的阻力帆布局设计不同的展开结构,以便于更好地满足不同的任务要求,简化了方案设计过程,缩短了立方星的设计周期,推进立方星相关配套设施向着更加模块化的方向发展。
