The invention relates to the technical field of sealing detection and repair, in particular to an aircraft structure oil tank sealing detection and repair method, which comprises the following steps of: installing a vacuum bag in an oil leakage area of a lower wall plate of an oil tank by using a sealing rubber strip, and ensuring that an installation area of the vacuum bag covers the oil leakage area; closing the vacuum pump after cleaning; after it is observed that the inner surface of the oil tank is dry and free of oil stains, HM109-1 (1H) sealant with the dilution ratio being 1: 1 is poured into an oil seepage area in the oil tank, and it is guaranteed that the HM109-1 (1H) sealant evenly flows; and the vacuum pump is started, whether the HM109-1 (1H) sealant seeps out of the oil tank or not is observed through the transparent vacuum bag, or whether the pressure value in the vacuum bag meets the requirement or not is checked. According to the method, the problems that after a complex sealing structure in the aircraft structure oil tank has a seam or a fastener leaks oil, elimination is difficult by adopting a traditional sealing repairing process method, and time and labor are wasted by adopting an overall oil tank airtight and oil sealing test verification are solved, and the repairing quality and repairing efficiency of the aircraft oil tank are improved.

    本发明涉及密封检测及修复技术领域,具体为一种飞机结构油箱密封检测及修复方法,包括以下步骤:使用密封胶条将真空袋安装于油箱下壁板的渗漏油区域,确保真空袋的安装区域覆盖渗漏油区域;清洗后关闭真空泵;观察油箱内表面干燥无油渍后,在油箱内部渗油区域倒入稀释比例为1:1的HM109‑1(1H)密封胶,保证HM109‑1(1H)密封胶均匀流淌;启动真空泵,通过透明真空袋观察HM109‑1(1H)密封胶是否从油箱内部渗出,或检查真空袋内压力值是否满足要求。本发明解决了飞机结构油箱内部复杂密封结构在出现接缝或紧固件渗漏油后,采用传统密封修复工艺方法排除困难且采用整体油箱气密和油密试验验证费时费力的问题,提升了飞机油箱修理质量和修复效率。
