The invention relates to a joint and beam wall integrated control surface structure. The joint and beam wall integrated control surface structure consists of a main joint, an integral skin, a sandwich and a cushion block, one end of the main joint is a connecting joint, and the other end of the main joint is of a C-shaped structure with a Z-shaped section; the skin is designed to be an integral skin and wraps the main connector, and the length of the skin is larger than that of the main connector; a cavity area between the skin and the main joint is completely filled with the sandwich, and the rear edge part of the control surface is filled with the composite material cushion block. According to the control surface structure, the main joint and the beam wall are integrally machined and formed, the upper skin, the lower skin and the front edge are designed into an integral skin, and a plurality of parts are omitted. The invention aims to reduce the number of parts, simplify the manufacturing process, shorten the manufacturing period and further reduce the manufacturing cost of the control surface.

    本发明涉及一种接头与梁墙一体化舵面结构,由主接头、整体蒙皮、夹芯以及垫块组成;所述主接头一端为连接接头,另一端一端为Z形截面的C字形结构;所述蒙皮设计为整体蒙皮,包裹所述主接头,蒙皮长度大于所述主接头长度;所述夹芯将蒙皮与主接头之间的空腔区域完全填充,舵面后缘部分则采用复合材料垫块填充。该舵面结构将主接头与梁墙一体化机加成型,且将上下蒙皮和前缘设计为一整体蒙皮,取消了多个零件。目的是为了减少零件数量,简化制造工艺,同时缩短制造周期,进一步降低舵面制造成本。
