Hinge blocks are fixed to the front end faces of the symmetrical fixing supporting plates, the fixing shaft rod is sleeved with a connecting soft plate, the two ends of the connecting soft plate are connected with flow guide plates, a supporting rod is arranged between the T-shaped sliding blocks which are vertically symmetrical, a rotating shaft rod is rotationally arranged in the positioning groove, the rotating shaft rod is sleeved with a supporting push plate, and the hinge blocks are fixed to the upper inner side wall and the lower inner side wall of the two flow guide plates. A rotating shaft rod is rotationally arranged on the hinge block and connected with the other end face of the supporting push plate, and an electric push rod is arranged on the rear end face of the fixed supporting plate. According to the invention, the resistance generated when the propeller assembly runs in sludge can be reduced, so that the sailing stability of a ship in a sludge channel can be improved.
