The invention discloses a double-drive brake and a hybrid drive-by-wire brake system control method. A hybrid drive-by-wire brake system comprises an electric power assisting unit, a hydraulic drive-by-wire unit, a mechanical drive-by-wire unit and the double-drive brake. The electric power-assisted unit comprises a brake pedal, a displacement sensor, a brake system controller, a power-assisted motor controller, a power-assisted motor, a transmission mechanism and a push rod; the hydraulic drive-by-wire unit comprises a high-pressure energy accumulator, a motor pump (a motor and a hydraulic pump), a hydraulic pump motor controller, a one-way valve, an overflow valve, a switching valve, a pressure increasing valve (an oil inlet valve), a pressure reducing valve (an oil outlet valve), an energy accumulator pressure sensor and a wheel cylinder pressure sensor; the mechanical drive-by-wire unit comprises a displacement sensor, a brake system controller, a torque motor controller and a double-drive brake; the double-drive brake comprises a direct-drive torque motor, a transmission mechanism, a hydraulic oil pipe, a brake disc and calipers. The brake system controller is connected with the displacement sensor, the pressure sensor, the power-assisted motor controller, the hydraulic pump motor controller and the torque motor controller; according to the invention, the braking effect is achieved by adopting three braking force coupling modes, so that the braking system has higher control degree of freedom and quicker braking force response, meanwhile, the power requirement of the braking system on the power-assisted motor is reduced, and the requirements of an automatic driving vehicle on high reliability and high safety of the braking system can be met.

    本发明公开了一种双驱制动器及混合线控制动系统控制方法,混合线控制动系统包括电动助力单元、液压线控单元、机械线控单元、双驱制动器;电动助力单元包括制动踏板、位移传感器、制动系统控制器、助力电机控制器、助力电机、传动机构、推杆;液压线控单元包括高压蓄能器、电机泵(电动机和液压泵)、液压泵电机控制器、单向阀、溢流阀、切换阀、增压阀(进油阀)、减压阀(出油阀)、蓄能器压力传感器和轮缸压力传感器;机械线控单元包括位移传感器、制动系统控制器、力矩电机控制器、双驱制动器;双驱制动器包括直驱力矩电机、传动机构、液压油管、刹车盘、卡钳;制动系统控制器与位移传感器、压力传感器、助力电机控制器、液压泵电机控制器、力矩电机控制器相连;本发明采用三种制动力耦合方式来达到制动效果,使制动系统拥有更高的控制自由度,制动力响应更迅速,同时降低了制动系统对助力电机的功率要求,可满足自动驾驶车辆对制动系统的高可靠性和高安全性需求。
