The invention relates to a commercial vehicle coordinated braking system and a control method. The commercial vehicle coordinated braking system comprises a control unit which is connected with a main braking system and an auxiliary braking system; specific auxiliary braking is provided according to the type of the vehicle, and the braking force can be controlled by a corresponding electric control unit; in the braking process of the vehicle, the whole vehicle control unit detects the braking requirement of a driver, and meanwhile, in combination with the working state of the auxiliary braking system, the braking force of the vehicle in the early braking stage is controlled to be all provided by the auxiliary braking system. When the braking force of the auxiliary braking system cannot meet the braking requirement, the whole vehicle control unit adjusts the proportional electromagnetic valve of the main braking gas circuit and controls the main braking system to conduct braking force compensation, so that the braking force of the whole vehicle meets the requirement of a driver, and meanwhile it is guaranteed that the vehicle is stably braked. The whole vehicle control unit can adapt to braking requirements of different vehicle weights and strengths through a self-adaptive algorithm, and intelligent coordinated braking of a main braking system and an auxiliary braking system of the vehicle is achieved.

    本发明涉及一种商用车协调式制动系统及控制方法,包括控制单元连接主制动系统与辅助制动系统;根据车辆类型提供特定的辅助制动,其制动力可由相应的电控单元控制实现;在车辆制动过程中,由整车控制单元检测到驾驶员的制动需求,同时结合辅助制动系统工作状态,控制车辆在制动前期的制动力全部由辅助制动系统提供。当辅助制动系统的制动力无法满足制动需求时,由整车控制单元调节主制动气路的比例电磁阀,控制主制动系统进行制动力补偿,使整车的制动力满足驾驶员需求,同时保证车辆制动平稳。整车控制单元通过自适应算法,能够适应不同车重及强弱的制动需求,实现车辆主、辅制动系统的智能协调制动。
