The invention provides a fuel cell cogeneration system energy management device based on double engines. The fuel cell cogeneration system energy management device comprises a main controller, a first fuel cell engine, a second fuel cell engine, a first controller, a second controller, a first DCDC circuit and a second DCDC circuit. The main controller is electrically connected with the first DCDC circuit and the second DCDC circuit. The main controller is electrically connected with the first controller and the second controller. The first controller is electrically connected with the first fuel cell engine, and the second controller is electrically connected with the second fuel cell engine. The first fuel cell engine is controlled through the first controller, the second fuel cell engine is controlled through the second controller, and the first controller and the second controller are cooperatively controlled through the main controller, so that the two fuel cell engines are cooperatively controlled. Therefore, the purpose of effectively outputting high power is achieved.
