And receiving the voltage and current data of the district power distribution three-phase transformer sent by the data acquisition unit in real time, and analyzing to obtain the real-time load rate of the district power distribution three-phase transformer ABC. The system also comprises a charging strategy, an electric quantity, a disordered charging default mode, two shutdown strategy modes and the like, and the platform system, the data edge calculation collector device and the charging pile form an ecological closed loop required by an ordered charging technology. Therefore, the orderly charging of the power supply community is realized comprehensively, and the power utilization safety is ensured.
