The invention discloses a new energy automobile chassis structure capable of preventing battery explosion and an explosion-proof method of the new energy automobile chassis structure. The new energy automobile chassis structure comprises a chassis frame, a bottom plate, a battery mounting frame and a pressure cylinder. The bottom plate is located below the chassis frame, the number of the battery mounting frames is one or more, and all the battery mounting frames are sequentially overlapped at the hollow position of the inner side of the chassis frame and located above the bottom plate; the battery mounting rack on the uppermost layer is fixedly connected with the chassis frame; every two adjacent battery mounting racks are connected through a connecting piece, and the chassis frame and the bottom plate are connected through a connecting piece. The pressure cylinders are arranged at the front end and the rear end of the chassis frame respectively, all the pressure cylinders face downwards, a cylinder base of each pressure cylinder is fixedly connected with the chassis frame, and telescopic shafts of the pressure cylinders are fixedly connected with the bottom plate. The automobile chassis structure is optimized, the possibility of battery explosion is reduced, and the safety coefficient of the new energy automobile is improved.

    本发明公开了一种具有防止电池爆炸的新能源汽车底盘结构及其防爆方法,新能源汽车底盘结构包括底盘框架、底板、电池安装架和压力缸;所述底板位于底盘框架的下面,所述电池安装架设有一个或多个,所有的电池安装架依次重叠于底盘框架内侧的中空处,且位于底板的上面;位于最上层的电池安装架与底盘框架固定连接;每相邻两个电池安装架之间以及底盘框架与底板之间均通过连接件连接;所述底盘框架的前端和后端分别设有所述压力缸,所有的压力缸均朝下,每个压力缸的缸座均与底盘框架固定连接以及压力缸的伸缩轴均与底板固定连接。本发明优化了汽车底盘结构,减小电池发生爆炸的可能性,提高新能源汽车的安全系数。
