The invention discloses an anti-rollover control method for a hazardous chemical substance tank truck. The method comprises the following steps that a tank body coordinate system is converted; solving the mass center height of the tank body in a static state; calculating the vertical lateral deviation height of the mass center of the tank body during shaking; solving the center-of-mass offset height of the whole tank body; and rollover prevention control. According to the anti-rollover control method for mass center lateral deviation height compensation, the adopted mass center height calculation method enables the calculation formula of the mass center lateral deviation height to be applicable no matter how much the loading capacity of hazardous chemical substances in the tank body is, the mass center deviation height of the tank body at each moment can be accurately calculated, and the accuracy of the anti-rollover control method is improved. According to the anti-rollover control method, transient change of vehicle body rollover is considered, the anti-rollover control method is applicable to all mechanisms and devices capable of achieving centroid lateral deviation height compensation, the technical scheme is simple, measurement is more accurate, applicability and reliability are higher, and the anti-rollover control method has good application and popularization value.

    本发明公开了一种危化品液罐车防侧翻控制方法,步骤如下:变换罐体坐标系;求静止时罐体质心高度;求晃动时罐体质心垂直侧偏高度;求整个罐体质心偏移高度;防侧翻控制。本发明采用质心侧偏高度补偿的防侧翻控制方法,所采用的质心高度计算方法,通过坐标变换的形式使得罐体中的危化品装载量无论为多少时,质心侧偏高度的计算公式均可适用,且还可精确的计算出每时刻罐体的质心偏移高度,考虑到了车身侧倾的瞬态变化,不仅如此,该防侧翻控制方法对可实现质心侧偏高度补偿的机构装置均可适用,技术方案简洁,测量更精准,适用性可靠性更强,具有较好的推广应用价值。
