An in-vehicle wiring module (20), which is attached to a plurality of power storage elements (11) having electrode terminals (12A, 12B), is provided with: a busbar (40) connected to the electrode terminals (12A, 12B); a flexible substrate (21A, 21B) having a first conductive path (23) electrically connected to the busbar (40); and a rigid substrate (30) having a second conductive path (32) electrically connected to the first conductive path (23), the flexible substrates (21A, 21B) being disposed so as to overlap the rigid substrate (30), the flexible substrates (21A, 21B) having a first facing surface (28) facing the rigid substrate (30), the first conductive path (23) having a first pad (23A) disposed on the first facing surface (28), and the second conductive path (23) having a second pad (23B) disposed on the second facing surface (28). The first conductive path (32) has a first slit (24) formed between the first pads (23A) of the flexible substrates (21A, 21B), the rigid substrate (30) has a second facing surface (36) facing the flexible substrates (21A, 21B), the second conductive path (32) has a second pad (32A) disposed on the second facing surface (36) and electrically connected to the first pad (23A), and the second conductive path (32) has a second slit (24) formed between the first pads (23A) of the flexible substrates (21A, 21B), the first slit (24) being open to the end edges of the flexible substrates (21A, 21B), and the rigid substrate (30) having a second facing surface (36) facing the flexible substrates (21A, 21B). The second slit (34) is formed between the second pads (32A) of the rigid substrate (30) by opening toward the edge of the rigid substrate (30).
