The invention relates to a device for driving an aircraft wheel to rotate and assisting in an aircraft wheel brake function test. An airplane wheel driving device comprises a jacking rack mechanism and an airplane wheel driving mechanism. The height of the jacking rack mechanism is adjustable, and the jacking rack mechanism is used for adjusting the distance between the airplane wheel driving mechanism and the airplane wheel; the airplane wheel driving mechanism is mounted above the jacking rack mechanism and is used for driving airplane wheels to rotate; the jacking, descending and driving functions of the airplane wheel driving device are all controlled through a PLC. The invention has the following advantages: 1, the aircraft wheel can be driven; 2, manual pushing and pressing driving is replaced by jacking driving, so that the operation is more convenient and labor-saving; and 3, the jacking stroke is adjustable and movable, so that the device can be suitable for different places.
