The invention provides a board splicing device and method for marine thin decks, the board splicing device comprises a jig frame, a steel platform, a weight, a C-shaped clamp, a horse plate, a fixing tool, a steel wire rope and other components, when two thin decks are arranged on the jig frame in the longitudinal direction to be spliced, the C-shaped clamp is used for clamping the steel platform and the outer side edges of the thin decks, and rigid fixation is formed; the horse plates are used for clamping the angle steel stand columns and the free edges to form rigid connection; the vertical part of the fixing tool penetrates through the inner area of the thin deck, the cable-stayed steel wire rope is connected with the lower end of the vertical part and the eye plate fixed to the angle steel stand column, and the inner area of the thin deck is prevented from deforming during welding; the weights are placed on the two sides of the splicing edges, close to each other, of the two thin decks, and the splicing edges are prevented from deforming during welding. The thin deck is positioned and fixed in multiple modes, the welding stability is guaranteed, the problem of thin plate deformation caused by welding and dismounting of a traditional assembly positioning horse plate is solved, the follow-up firework workload is reduced, rework is reduced, and the construction efficiency is improved.
本发明提供一种船用薄甲板拼板装置及拼板方法,该拼板装置包括胎架、钢平台、压铁、C型夹、马板、固定工装、钢丝绳等部件,两块薄甲板沿纵向排布于胎架上进行拼接时,C型夹用以卡紧钢平台及薄甲板的外侧边,形成刚性固定;马板用以卡紧角钢立柱及自由边,形成刚性连接;固定工装的竖直部贯穿薄甲板的内部区域,斜拉的钢丝绳连接竖直部的下端及固定于角钢立柱上的眼板,防止薄甲板内部区域焊接时变形;压铁放置于两块薄甲板相对靠近的拼接边两侧,防止拼接边在焊接时发生变形。本发明通过多种方式对薄甲板进行定位及固定,保证焊接稳固性,解决了传统装配定位马板焊接及拆除造成的薄板变形,减少后续火工工作量,减少返工,提高施工效率。
