The invention relates to the technical field of vehicles, in particular to a self-learning mistakenly-mounting-preventing identification method and device for double lithium batteries, a vehicle and a medium, and the method comprises the steps: determining a first level signal of a first hard wire connection port of a first lithium battery in the double lithium batteries and a second level signal of a second hard wire connection port, according to a first level signal of the first lithium battery, a second level signal of the second lithium battery, a third level signal of a first hard wire connection port of the second lithium battery and a fourth level signal of a second hard wire connection port, performing self-learning based on the first level signal and the second level signal to obtain a first position of the first lithium battery; and performing self-learning based on the third level signal and the fourth level signal to obtain a second position of the second lithium battery, and synchronizing the first position and the second position to the first controller and the second controller respectively so as to perform misloading prevention identification on the double lithium batteries. Therefore, the problem that the misloading risk is increased due to the fact that the positions of double lithium batteries need to be identified through interaction of two part numbers and a bus through a software strategy is solved.
