The invention belongs to the technical field of tires, and particularly relates to a method for preventing an apex bead ring from being placed mistakenly. An apex is formed by compounding an upper triangle and a lower triangle, the apex is provided with a composite surface and a non-composite surface, a marker is arranged on the non-composite surface, and the marker is attached in an extrusion process of the apex. According to the invention, a layer of buffer film is placed on the non-composite surface of the apex to play a role in identification, and when a forming operator sees the layer offilm, the forming operator knows that the film needs to face the outer side immediately so that the placement position of the apex bead ring can be distinguished quickly, and errors are prevented; meanwhile, an attaching position of the film is arranged as a seam allowance of the tire and carcass ply reinforcing layer anti-package endpoints, due to the existence of the buffer film, the seam allowance and the carcass ply endpoints directly act on the apex, stress concentration and heat generation are reduced, the tire ring performance can be effectively improved, and therefore the service lifeof the tire is prolonged; and the method is suitable for the field of all-steel truck radical tire production.

    本发明属于轮胎技术领域,具体涉及一种防止三角胶钢丝圈放置错误的方法。本发明的三角胶由上三角和下三角复合而成,所述三角胶具有复合面和非复合面,在所述非复合面设置有标识物,所述标识物在三角胶挤出过程中进行贴附。本发明通过在三角胶的非复合面放置一层缓冲胶片起到标识作用,当成型操作人员看见这层胶片随即知道需要朝向外侧,这样可以较快的分辨三角胶钢丝圈放置位置,防止出错,同时该胶片贴附位置设置为轮胎的子口、胎体帘布加强层反包端点处,由于缓冲胶片的存在提供了子口、胎体帘布端点对三角胶的直接作用,减少应力集中与生热,能有效提高轮胎圈部性能,从而提高轮胎使用寿命,适用于全钢载重子午线轮胎生产领域。
