The invention discloses a hybrid light truck intelligent power distribution box and an automobile, the intelligent power distribution box comprises a shell, a printed circuit board is installed in the shell, and the printed circuit board is connected with a chip and a memory; the shell is also provided with a plurality of input power interfaces, a plurality of output power interfaces and a communication interface; the power interfaces, the output power interfaces and the communication interface are electrically connected with the printed circuit board respectively; the outer surface of the memory is subjected to fireproof wrapping treatment, and the shell is made of an insulating heat-resistant material. According to the technical scheme, when the power distribution box is used for power distribution, power supply and current monitoring are achieved through matrix type multi-path output, and a user can modify the power distribution box by himself/herself and incorporate the power distribution box into a monitoring system through a reserved interface; when the distribution box is used for fault diagnosis, a fault code is read on the CAN bus through the communication interface, and which specific part has a fault can be judged; when the distribution box is used for a black box, the fireproof material of the shell and the fireproof wrapping treatment of the memory can effectively retain original data, provide analysis and find reasons.

    本发明公开一种混动轻卡智能配电盒和汽车,其中智能配电盒包括壳体,壳体内安装有印制电路板,印制电路板连接有芯片和存储器;壳体上还设置有多个输入电源接口、多个输出电源接口和通讯接口,电源接口、输出电源接口和通讯接口分别与印制电路板电连接;存储器的外表面进行防火包裹处理,壳体由绝缘耐热材料制成。本发明的技术方案当配电盒用于配电时,通过矩阵式多路输出,实现供电和电流监控,通过预留接口让用户自行改装并纳入监控体系;当配电盒用于故障诊断时,通过通讯接口在CAN总线上读取故障码,可判断是哪个具体零部件的故障;当配电盒用于黑匣子时,壳体的耐火材料和存储器的防火包裹处理可有效保留原始数据,提供分析并寻找原因。
