The invention provides a shearing type cavitation nozzle, application of the shearing type cavitation nozzle and a shearing type water pick. The shearing type cavitation nozzle comprises a main body 2 and a shearing piece 3, the main body 2 is internally provided with a cavitation cavity, two ends of the main body 2 are respectively provided with a water inlet 21 and a water outlet 22 which are communicated with the cavitation cavity, the shearing piece 3 is arranged in the cavitation cavity and is provided with an inner flow channel 303 and an outer flow channel 302, the water inlet ends of the inner flow channel 303 and the outer flow channel 302 correspond to the water inlet 21, and the water outlet ends of the outer flow channel 302 correspond to the water outlet 22. The water outlet end of the inner flow channel 303 and the water outlet end of the outer flow channel 302 correspond to the water outlet 22, and the shearing piece 3 conducts reciprocating motion to shear cavitation water flow after being subjected to pulse water flow pressure of the water inlet 21.
