The invention discloses a flexible anti-knock protective armor and a design method thereof.The design method comprises the steps that a flexible anti-knock protective armor simulation model is constructed, and the flexible anti-knock protective armor comprises the following structures of an armor interlayer making contact with a ship body, a composite material layer located outside the armor interlayer and a polyurea coating located outside the composite material layer; the armor interlayer is composed of a plurality of overlapped armor units, each armor unit comprises a composite material layer and a foamed aluminum layer, and the composite material layer is formed by a carbon fiber reinforced aluminum alloy composite material. According to the method, different size parameters of the flexible anti-explosion protective armor with the sandwich structure can be designed and calculated, and convenience is provided for improving the anti-explosion and anti-impact performance of the armor.

    本发明公开了一种柔性抗爆防护装甲及其设计方法,所述设计方法包括:构建柔性抗爆防护装甲仿真模型,该柔性抗爆防护装甲包括以下结构:与舰体接触的装甲夹层、位于所述装甲夹层外的复合材料层及位于复合材料层外的聚脲涂层,所述装甲夹层由若干叠合的装甲单元组成,每个装甲单元包括1个复合材料层和1个泡沫铝层,所述复合材料层由碳纤维增强铝合金复合材料形成。本发明可设计并计算出具有夹芯结构的柔性抗爆防护装甲的不同尺寸参数,为提升装甲的抗爆抗冲击性能提供了便利。
