The invention discloses a bridge detection system and method based on an unmanned ship, and relates to the field of bridge structure detection based on intelligent equipment. The system comprises a central controller, an unmanned ship system, a video transmission and photographing system, a route planning and control system and a bridge defect detection and disease marking system. The unmanned ship system, the video transmission and photographing system, the route planning and control system and the bridge defect detection and disease marking system are all connected with the central controller. Unmanned ship equipment is applied to bridge structure detection, automation and standardization of the bridge detection process and achievement arrangement are achieved through automatic inspection, automatic photographing, three-dimensional modeling, intelligent recognition, manual intervention and report generation of the unmanned ship, and the bridge detection efficiency and quality are improved.
