The invention relates to a pipeline blockage detection method and system for a hydrogen fuel cell and a vehicle. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a pressure value of a target substance entering a galvanic pile system from a gas supply system and a pressure value of a target discharge substance discharged into a tail discharge pipeline from the galvanic pile system; and according to the pressure value of the target substance and the pressure value of the target discharged substance, determining the blockage condition of the exhaust pipeline of the hydrogen fuel cell. Therefore, the blockage condition of the exhaust pipeline of the hydrogen fuel cell can be simply, conveniently and quickly determined, so that the blockage condition can be conveniently and quickly checked, normal power generation of the hydrogen fuel cell is ensured as far as possible, and the service life and the safety of the hydrogen fuel cell are improved.
