According to the automatic proportioning, slurrying and grouting equipment for anchor rod construction, due to the adoption of the technical characteristics, the liftable hanging basket platform can carry the slurrying and grouting pump station to move near an anchor rod hole to perform slurrying and grouting operation, and the length of the grouting pipeline is less than 3 meters, so that the grouting pipeline is greatly shortened, slurry is injected while being prepared, and the construction efficiency is improved. Waste of slurry is effectively reduced, and pipe blockage caused by initial setting and segregation of long-distance conveying of the slurry is avoided.

    本发明涉及一种锚杆施工自动配料制浆注浆设备及方法,其中,该锚杆施工自动配料制浆注浆设备,安装在施工作业车上,包括:制浆注浆泵站,安装于所述施工作业车的可升降吊篮平台上,通过注浆管路连通锚杆孔,用于进行制浆和注浆操作;粉料输送装置,安装于所述施工作业车的底盘上,通过输料管路将袋装水泥内的干水泥粉输送至所述可升降吊篮平台上的所述制浆注浆泵站内。本发明的锚杆施工自动配料制浆注浆设备,由于采用上述技术特征,可升降吊篮平台能够携带制浆注浆泵站移动至锚杆孔附近进行制浆和注浆操作,注浆管路长度小于3米,从而极大缩短注浆管路,实现浆液随制随注,有效降低浆液浪费及避免浆液长距离输送的初凝、离析造成的堵管。
