The invention discloses a vibration control system of a vibration handle, a control method and a crane, the vibration control system comprises the vibration handle, a whole vehicle controller, an operation state sensor and a vibration adjusting device, the whole vehicle controller outputs a corresponding signal according to the size of an input signal of the operation state sensor to control the vibration amplitude and the vibration frequency of the vibration handle; according to an output signal of the vibration handle, a control signal is output to control the motion of each execution element; the vibration adjusting device comprises an adjusting element and a main control chip, and the main control chip is connected with the vehicle control unit through a CAN bus and used for receiving information of adjusting actions of the adjusting element, processing the information and sending the information to the vehicle control unit through the CAN bus. The influence of uncomfortable operation caused by too large or too small vibration intensity and vibration frequency is avoided, the vibration intensity and frequency adjustable function is added, and comfort adjustment of the vibration intensity and frequency is achieved.

    本发明公开了一种振动手柄的振动控制系统、控制方法及起重机,包括振动手柄、整车控制器、作业状态传感器、振动调整装置,所述整车控制器根据作业状态传感器输入信号大小输出相应的信号控制振动手柄的振动幅度和振动频率,并根据振动手柄的输出信号,输出控制信号,控制各执行元件的运动动作;所述振动调整装置包括调整元件和主控芯片,所述主控芯片通过CAN总线连接整车控制器,用于接收调整元件的调整动作的信息,将信息处理后通过CAN总线发送到整车控制器。本发明避免振动强度、振动频率过大或者过小带来的操作不舒适影响,增加振动强度和频率可调功能,实现振动强度和频率的舒适性调整。
