According to the repeatable locking mechanism suitable for the telescopic sleeve, an upper supporting cylinder and a lower supporting cylinder are in clearance fit, and a plurality of elastic pieces which are opened in a natural state are arranged at the upper end of the lower supporting cylinder; the fixing support and the enclasping ring are matched to surround the elastic piece, the supporting cylinder is driven and compressed by enclasping the SMA wire, a locking hole is formed in the enclasping ring, and a sliding groove is formed in the fixing support. During locking, the holding SMA wire pulls the holding ring to move towards the interior of the sliding groove, and when the locking hole moves to be aligned with the locking pin, the locking spring pushes the locking pin to move upwards to be inserted into the locking hole, and the holding ring is limited; during unlocking, the locking SMA wire pulls the locking pin to move downwards to be pulled out of the locking hole, the enclasping ring loses limiting and moves out of the sliding groove, the elastic piece is opened outwards, the enclasping ring relieves locking constraint on the upper supporting cylinder and the lower supporting cylinder, and the system is restored to the unlocking state. The locking device is simple in structure, small in radial size, stable in unlocking mode movement, small in impact force, large in locking force, reliable in locking and capable of automatically and repeatedly locking.

    本发明提供一种适用于伸缩套筒的可重复锁紧机构,上下支撑筒间隙配合,下支撑筒的上端设有多个自然状态张开的弹性片;固定支架与抱紧环配合围绕在弹性片外,并通过抱紧SMA丝驱动压紧支撑筒,抱紧环上设有锁定孔,固定支架上设有滑槽。锁紧时,抱紧SMA丝拉动抱紧环向滑槽内移动,当锁定孔移动到与锁定销钉对齐时,锁定弹簧推动锁定销钉上移插入锁定孔,对抱紧环进行限位;解锁时,锁定SMA丝拉动锁定销钉下移从锁定孔拔出,抱紧环失去限位从滑槽移出,弹性片向外张开,抱紧环从而解除对上下支撑筒的锁紧约束,系统恢复至解锁状态。本发明结构简单、径向尺寸小,解锁方式运动平稳、冲击力小,锁紧力大、锁紧可靠,能够自动可重复锁紧。
