A driver assembly used for controlling the multi-joint mechanical arm to be folded, unfolded and rotated is installed on the multi-joint mechanical arm, and a controller used for controlling the driver assembly to work is installed in the base. The driver assembly is used for controlling the multi-joint mechanical arm to be folded and unfolded, manual lifting is replaced, the aircraft empennage is rapidly disassembled and assembled, the labor intensity of operators is reduced, the situation of falling in the actual operation process is avoided, and the system safety is improved; and the position of the empennage to be installed on the empennage flexible lifting mechanism is accurately controlled by controlling the action of the driver assembly, rapid and accurate alignment is achieved, and the working efficiency is greatly improved.
