Four auxiliary positioning bottom beams are fixedly arranged on the side face of the I-shaped fixing frame, the four auxiliary positioning bottom beams form a frame structure, and a weight box is arranged in a frame formed by the auxiliary positioning bottom beams; the weight box is provided with a second-stage pod mechanism used for hoisting a pod. The lifting of the load is realized through the first-stage pod mechanism, the angle adjustment in the load lifting process is realized through the reversing mechanism, and the overall safety is high by taking the second-stage pod mechanism as a standby lifting device of the first-stage pod mechanism.
