The transmission gear shifting triggering mechanism comprises a main shaft and a gear shifting rod, the left end of the main shaft is used for being connected with a vehicle frame, a containing groove is formed in the end face of the right end of the main shaft, a plurality of first receding holes communicating with the containing groove are formed in the side wall of the main shaft, and pawls are connected to the inner walls of the first receding holes through hinged shafts; a first elastic piece is arranged on the inner wall of the first receding hole, the planetary gear train is arranged on the main shaft in a sleeving mode, a sun gear of the planetary gear train corresponds to the first receding hole, and the first elastic piece forces one end of the pawl to swing out of the main shaft and stretch into the second ratchet face of the sun gear, so that the sun gear stops rotating; the left end of the gear shifting rod can rotationally stretch into the containing groove, and grooves corresponding to the first receding holes are distributed in the outer circle surface of the gear shifting rod. The pawl, the first elastic piece and the groove are matched to form a clutch mechanism, the clutch mechanism is closed or separated by controlling the rotating angle of the gear shifting rod, and gear shifting of the transmission is completed.
