The invention provides a brake system for a crash test vehicle, which belongs to the technical field of vehicle braking and comprises an air cylinder, a relay valve, a connecting pipe and a transmission mechanism, a first pipeline and a second pipeline are arranged between the air cylinder and the relay valve, a first pneumatic stop valve is arranged on the second pipeline, the relay valve is communicated with a brake cylinder, and a third pipeline is directly arranged between the air cylinder and a brake pipe. A second pneumatic stop valve communicated with the brake cylinder is arranged on the third pipeline, a fourth pipeline is arranged on one side of the third pipeline, the two ends of the fourth pipeline are communicated with the third pipeline and the brake pipe respectively, and a first cutout cock is arranged on the fourth pipeline; a stroke valve is arranged on the connecting pipe, and the transmission mechanism is connected with the stroke valve. According to the brake system for the crash test vehicle, interlocking is formed by the fact that the first pneumatic stop valve is in the closed state when the brake system is in the air charging and relieving state and the second pneumatic stop valve is in the closed state when the brake system is in the braking state, and therefore the stability of the brake applying or relieving state is guaranteed.

    本发明提供了一种碰撞试验车用制动系统,属于车辆制动技术领域,包括风缸、中继阀、连接管及传动机构,风缸与中继阀之间设有第一管路和第二管路,第二管路上设有第一气动截止阀,中继阀与制动缸连通,风缸与制动管直接设有第三管路,第三管路上设有与制动缸相连通的第二气动截止阀,第三管路的一侧设有第四管路,第四管路两端分别与第三管路和制动管相连通,第四管路上设有第一截断塞门;连接管上设有行程阀,传动机构与行程阀相连接。本发明提供的碰撞试验车用制动系统,借助第一气动截止阀在制动系统充风和缓解状态下处于关闭状态、第二气动截止阀在制动系统的制动状态下处于关闭状态而形成互锁,从而确保制动施加或缓解状态的稳定。
