The method comprises the following steps: determining the maximum battery electric quantity and a first carriage corresponding to the maximum battery electric quantity, and determining the minimum battery electric quantity and a second carriage corresponding to the minimum battery electric quantity according to the current electric quantity of a battery of each carriage; determining a first traction force and a second traction force according to the maximum battery capacity and the minimum battery capacity; a control command including the first traction force is output to the first compartment, and a control command including the second traction force is output to the second compartment; wherein the first traction force is greater than the second traction force.
