The invention relates to a one-pile multi-connection electric vehicle ordered charging method based on deep reinforcement learning, and the method comprises the steps: analyzing the uncertainty of a travel mode and a charging demand of an electric vehicle, and carrying out the real-time information interaction of a power distribution network system and a user charging service system; user behavior characteristics are analyzed based on historical data such as SOC of the electric vehicle, renewable energy power generation, conventional load of a power distribution network system, electricity price and the like, a one-pile multi-connection electric vehicle ordered charging coordination control strategy is established, ordered charging of the electric vehicle is achieved, and the hourly utilization rate of the charging pile can be improved. The method can improve the renewable energy consumption level, reduce the charging cost of an electric vehicle owner, improve the operation efficiency of a traffic electrification network, stabilize load fluctuation, avoid overload of a power grid side transformer, and provide important guidance for charging facility planning, economic operation of a distribution network and good interaction of vehicle network friends.

    一种基于深度强化学习的一桩多联电动汽车有序充电方法,通过分析电动汽车出行模式和充电需求的不确定性以及配电网系统和用户充电服务系统实时信息交互,基于电动汽车SOC、可再生能源发电、配电网系统常规负荷和电价等历史数据分析用户行为特征,建立一桩多联电动汽车有序充电协调控制策略,实现电动汽车有序充电,可提高充电桩小时利用率。本发明可以提高可再生能源消纳水平,降低电动汽车车主充电成本,提高交通电气化网络运行效率,平抑负荷波动,同时避免电网侧变压器过载,为充电设施规划、配网经济运行以及车网友好互动提供重要指导。
