The battery shell is fixedly installed at the bottom of the electric engineering vehicle, and the translation mechanism is installed on the positioning base through the positioning mechanism. After a driving motor is started, a winding roller is driven to rotate, after the winding roller rotates, traction ropes on the two sides are tightened or released, so that a charging mechanism is driven to move left and right, a charging plug is aligned with a charging interface, and an electromagnet can be started after the charging plug is aligned with the charging interface; after the electromagnet is started, the electromagnet attracts the connecting armature, so that the charging plug is inserted into the charging interface, and automatic charging is realized.

    本发明公开了一种用于电动工程车辆的智能充电系统,涉及智能充电领域。包括电池壳体,电池壳体内设有电池模块,电池模块底部连接有充电接口,电池壳体底部设有驱动机构,定位底座上设有平移机构,定位块与定位底座之间设有定位机构,定位导轨两端处设有充电机构,电池壳体固定安装于电动工程车辆的底部,平移机构通过定位机构安装在定位底座上。启动驱动电机之后其会带动收卷滚筒旋转,收卷滚筒旋转之后其会收紧或释放两侧的牵引绳索,从而带动充电机构左右移动,进而使充电插头与充电接口对齐,充电插头与充电接口对齐之后可以启动电磁铁,启动电磁铁之后其会吸引连接衔铁,从而使充电插头插入充电接口内,实现自动充电。
