The invention provides a power supply station and a two-wheeled vehicle, which can supply power to the two-wheeled vehicle through a power supply coil in a non-contact manner and can prevent impurities from entering between a power receiving coil and the power supply coil arranged on the two-wheeled vehicle. A power supply station (2) is provided with a power supply device (11) housed in a housing (10). The power supply device (11) has a power supply coil (32) that supplies power to the power receiving device (21) via the power receiving coil (41), and a power supply circuit (31) that supplies AC power to the power supply coil (32). The housing (10) is provided with: a housing part (54) that houses the power supply coil (32) and that is provided at a position facing the power reception coil (41) when the two-wheeled vehicle (3) is parked at a predetermined position; and a cover body section (55) that surrounds at least a part of the upper end of the outer periphery including the housing section (54) and is formed so as to protrude further toward the two-wheeled vehicle (3) than the surface (54a) of the housing section (54) on the side facing the power receiving coil (41) of the parked two-wheeled vehicle (3).
