The invention discloses a reconfigurable seabed crawler operation machine for submarine cable first-aid repair, which comprises driving wheels arranged in bilateral symmetry, driven by a motor and fixed on a cabin, and driven wheels connected with the driving wheels through a connecting rod, and a piston mechanism with variable length is hinged to the midpoint of the connecting rod; a swing arm wheel is hinged to the other end of the piston mechanism; the swing arm wheel, the driving wheel and the driven wheel which are located on the single side of a crawler belt of the operation machine form a triangle and are arranged in a coplanar mode, and the swing arm wheel, the driving wheel and the driven wheel are connected into a whole through the crawler belt. The swing arm wheel is provided with a horizontal moving mechanism which enables the swing arm wheel to be close to or away from the driving wheel. Through the arrangement of the horizontal moving mechanism and the crawler belt, the ground contact area of the crawler belt between the driving wheel and the swing arm wheel is changed, so that the subsidence amount of the crawler belt operation machine in contact with soil is controlled; and meanwhile, the compensation rod is arranged, so that the stability of the crawler operation machine in the moving process is ensured, and submarine cable emergency repair work can be more efficiently carried out.

    本发明公开了一种用于海缆抢修的可重构式海底履带作业机,包括左右对称布置的由电机驱动并固定在机舱上的驱动轮,与所述驱动轮通过连杆连接的从动轮,所述连杆的中点处铰接有长度可变的活塞机构,所述活塞机构的另一端铰接有摆臂轮;位于作业机履带单侧的所述摆臂轮、驱动轮和从动轮三者呈三角形,且共面设置,所述摆臂轮、驱动轮和从动轮通过履带连接为一整体;所述摆臂轮上设置有使其靠近或远离所述驱动轮的水平移动机构。本发明通过水平移动机构和履带的布置,改变驱动轮与摆臂轮之间履带的接地面积,从而控制履带作业机接触土壤的沉陷量;同时通过设置补偿杆,保证履带作业机在运动过程中的稳定性,从而更高效地开展海缆抢修工作。
