The invention provides a portable rope length adjuster which comprises a supporting frame, a rotating shaft is arranged in the supporting frame, a winding frame rotates around the rotating shaft, a channel for a rope to penetrate through is formed in the winding frame, at least one winding column is arranged on each side of the channel, and the portable rope length adjuster further comprises a locking assembly arranged between the winding frame and the supporting frame. When the locking assembly is in the locking state, the relative position relation between the winding frame and the supporting frame can be locked in the rope releasing direction, and when the locking assembly is in the unlocking state, the locking assembly is used for making contact with the relative position relation between the winding frame and the supporting piece. A driving assembly is further arranged on the supporting frame and used for driving the winding frame to rotate around the rotating shaft when the locking assembly is in the unlocking state, and therefore the rope can be tightened and released. The winding frame capable of rotating around the axis direction of the rotating shaft is arranged in the supporting frame, and the locking assembly and the driving assembly are arranged, so that the rope can be tightened and stretched.
