The invention provides a steering wheel jitter suppression method based on motor feedback rotating speed fluctuation compensation, which comprises the following steps of: firstly, judging whether torque compensation is needed or not according to an obtained feedback rotating speed of a power-assisted steering motor, and if the feedback rotating speed is smaller than a set threshold value, performing torque compensation according to a torque compensation algorithm; carrying out low-pass filtering processing on the feedback rotating speed to obtain an expected torque; and the final torque is obtained by limiting the expected torque specifically outside the motor, and the power-assisted steering motor is controlled to operate according to the final torque. The final torque of the power-assisted steering motor is obtained by compensating the expected torque given by the torque ring through the feedback rotating speed of the power-assisted steering motor, so that the fluctuation of the feedback rotating speed of the motor can be reduced when the steering wheel is slowly turned on in situ, the torque fluctuation of the steering wheel is reduced, and the hand feeling of the steering wheel is enhanced.

    本发明专利提供了一种基于电机反馈转速波动补偿的方向盘抖动抑制方法,首先通过获取的转向助力电机反馈转速判断是否需要进行扭矩补偿,如果反馈转速小于设定阈值则按照扭矩补偿算法进行扭矩补偿,并对反馈转速进行低通滤波处理,获取期望扭矩;通过电机外特定对期望扭矩限制得到最终扭矩,控制所述转向助力电机按照最终扭矩运行。由于转向助力电机的最终扭矩是通过助力电机反馈转速对力矩环给定的期望扭矩补偿后得到的,因此原地慢打方向盘时能够减小电机反馈转速的波动,从而减小方向盘扭矩波动,增强了方向盘手感。
