The invention discloses a fault detection system, method and device, equipment and a storage medium. The fault detection system comprises a first switch circuit, the first end of the first switch circuit is connected with the positive electrode of a power supply, and the second end of the first switch circuit is connected with a first node; the first end of the second switching circuit is connected with the negative electrode of the power supply, and the second end of the second switching circuit is connected with the second node; the first end of the transistor module is connected with the first node, and the second end of the transistor module is connected with the second node; and the controller is configured to collect the voltage of the first node and the voltage of the second node under the condition that the first switching circuit is switched on and the second switching circuit is switched off. According to the embodiment of the invention, the reliability of fault detection is improved, and the service life of the first switching circuit is prolonged.
