A charging pile automatic protection device disclosed by the present invention comprises a charging pile body and a protection system arranged in the charging pile body, the protection system comprises a detection module, a central control module and a protection module, an input end of the detection module is connected with an output power supply of the charging pile body, and an output end of the detection module is electrically connected with an input end of the central control module. The detection module comprises a data analysis assembly and a signal transmission line, the input end of the signal transmission line is connected to the data analysis assembly, the central control module comprises a central control system MGCC and an energy management system EMS, the energy management system EMS is connected with the output end of the signal transmission line, and the energy management system EMS can perform data interaction with the central control system MGCC. The energy management system is connected and communicated with the central control system MGCC through a wireless communication circuit, the protection module comprises a power-losing server and a driving block, and the power-losing server is configured to drive the driving block to execute power-off operation on the energy management system EMS through the central control system MGCC according to a current power-off strategy.
