The invention provides a heat dissipation method and device for a train brake resistor and a corresponding computer readable storage medium. The heat dissipation method of the train brake resistor comprises the following steps: determining a first time upper limit of non-heat-dissipation operation of the brake resistor and a second time upper limit of heat dissipation closing after the brake resistor stops operation; bus voltage at the two ends of the brake resistor is monitored; in response to the condition that the bus voltage reaches a preset first voltage threshold value, counting resistor operation time consumed when the bus voltage falls back to a preset second voltage threshold value; in response to the fact that the running time of the resistor reaches the first time upper limit, a draught fan is started to dissipate heat of the brake resistor, and the running speed of the train is monitored; in response to the condition that the running speed is smaller than or equal to a preset speed threshold value, judging whether the running time of the resistor reaches the second time upper limit or not; and in response to a judgment result that the running time of the resistor reaches the second time upper limit, the fan is kept to be started.
