The steel for the welding and drawing pipe for the hollow spiral spring of the passenger car comprises the following chemical components in percentage by weight: 0.4-0.5% of C; si < = 0.5%; 0.5 to 1.5 percent of Mn; s < = 0.005%; p is less than or equal to 0.01%; b: 0.0010% to 0.0035% of the total weight of the raw N < = 0.002%; o < = 0.002%; 0.01% to 0.03% of Nb; 0.01 to 0.02 percent of Ti; and the balance of Fe and inevitable impurities. The invention also provides a preparation process of the steel pipe, which comprises the following steps of: (1) welding a plate by adopting a high-frequency resistance welding method without welding metal filling to finish the welding of a pierced billet; (2) performing postweld heat treatment on the welded pierced billet; (3) the pierced billet subjected to postweld heat treatment is subjected to pretreatment before cold drawing, and the pretreatment comprises weld joint polishing and whole tube lubricating; (4) carrying out cold drawing on the pretreated welded steel pipe; (5) carrying out annealing treatment on the cold-drawn steel pipe; and (6) the annealed steel pipe is straightened, polished and subjected to flaw detection. The steel pipe obtained through the method has the advantages of being high in strength, good in plasticity, high in elasticity reduction resistance and low in decarburization sensitivity.

    本发明的目的在于提供一种乘用车用空心螺旋弹簧钢管及其制备方法,实现钢管具备高强塑性、优异的抗弹性减退能力、表面质量优异且无脱碳层的目的。按重量百分比计,乘用车空心螺旋弹簧用焊拔管采用钢的化学成分为:C:0.4~0.5%;Si≤0.5%;Mn:0.5~1.5%;S≤0.005%;P≤0.01%;B:0.0010~0.0035%;N≤0.002%;O≤0.002%;Nb:0.01~0.03%;Ti:0.01~0.02%,余量为Fe和不可避免的杂质。本发明还提供了钢管的制备工艺,包括如下步骤:(1)采用无焊接金属填充的高频电阻焊方法对板材进行焊接,完成荒管焊接;(2)对焊接后的荒管进行焊后热处理;(3)对焊后热处理的荒管进行冷拔前预处理,包括焊缝处抛光、整管润滑;(4)对经过预处理后的焊接钢管进行冷拔;(5)对冷拔后的钢管进行退火处理;(6)对退火处理后的钢管进行矫直、抛光和探伤。利用本发明获得的钢管具有强度高、塑性好、抗弹性减退能力强、脱碳敏感性低的优点。
