The invention belongs to the technical field of tire rubber, and particularly relates to a low-heat-generation wet-skid-resistant tire tread rubber composition and a preparation method thereof, and the low-heat-generation wet-skid-resistant tire tread rubber composition comprises the following components by weight: 100 parts of natural rubber; 4030 to 50 parts by weight of carbon black; 1510-20 parts by weight of composite white carbon black; 31 to 5 parts by weight of an Si-69 silane coupling agent; 3.52-6 parts by weight of zinc oxide; the composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 21-3 parts of stearic acid, 32-6 parts of an anti-aging agent, 1.51-3 parts of sulfur and 10.5-3 parts of an accelerant. The material is prepared by adopting a two-stage mixing method. Compared with the prior art, the composite active silicon is adopted to replace white carbon black, so that the heat generation and wet skid characteristics of the tread rubber are greatly reduced, and the overall performance of a tire is improved on the premise of ensuring the wear resistance of the tread rubber.
