A chain tensioning seat and a cam shifting fork are mounted on the sliding block; a group of arc-shaped holes are formed in the cargo carrying table side arm, a group of cam shafts are installed on the cargo carrying table side arm, a traction piece is connected to the side portion of the cargo carrying table side arm, and a spring is arranged between the traction piece and the lifting plate and outside the sleeve in a sleeving mode; anti-falling angle steel is vertically installed on the cargo carrying table side arm, and a pair of brake cams are oppositely arranged between the anti-falling angle steel.
