The invention discloses a space target surface flexible body crawling robot and a crawling method thereof. The space target surface flexible body crawling robot comprises a head unit, a middle unit and a tail unit which are sequentially connected. The head unit, the middle unit and the tail unit each comprise a flexible body structure and a driver, and the head unit and the tail unit further comprise flexible hinges used for being connected with the middle unit. The flexible body structures in the head unit and the tail unit are provided with adhesive materials used for being connected with a target surface; the drivers in the head unit, the middle unit and the tail unit drive the flexible structures in the head unit, the middle unit and the tail unit to bend and deform to be separated from the target surface or release bending deformation to be in contact with the target surface, and crawling on the target surface is achieved. The motion function of the robot is achieved through the deformation capacity of the flexible device body, and the robot has the adaptability to the complex unstructured environment.

    本发明公开了一种空间目标表面柔体爬行机器人及其爬行方法,包括依次连接的头部单元、中间单元和尾部单元;头部单元、中间单元和尾部单元均包含柔体结构和驱动器,头部单元和尾部单元还包含用于与中间单元连接的柔性铰链;头部单元和尾部单元中的柔体结构上设有用于与目标表面连接的黏附材料;头部单元、中间单元和尾部单元中的驱动器分别驱动头部单元、中间单元和尾部单元中的柔体结构发生弯曲变形与目标表面分离或释放弯曲变形与目标表面接触,实现在目标表面的爬行。本发明通过柔性装置本体的变形能力实现机器人的运动功能,具有复杂非结构化环境的适应能力。
